I am using airtel 4g service in Boraservice, Guwahati-781007. Since Thursday the internet isn’t working properly and the call dropping rate has seriously increased.
Even when I’m calling customer care, they’re not able to hear me most of the times. I’m not even able to call my parents at home properly. The so called 4g network has 1 kbps speed.
I’m calling airtel customer service since yesterday and they’re giving me the same reply every time that they need time to resolve network issue. But I’m losing my 2 gb internet everyday and not able to do any work because of it.
Who is going to pay for my inconvenience? My complaint reference number in airtel customer service is C4GSP20410413632. Even after complaining, the situation hasn’t improved and when will it improve?
If I can’t use internet, will your company increase my pack validity for that many days? Airtel is the biggest fraudster company.
