Hi,
As my 4G data pack got expired yesterday, I have asked for the activation of 499 rs 4G data pack for 82 day using customer support *121#, to my number 8861991557.
But still the data pack has not been activated , also an amount of around 200 rs has been deducted from my main account balance.
Please help in resolving this issue.
