I have been using jio connection since ages and not one but 3 of them

I have developed a weird problem with one of jio connection and I came in touch with your customer care

Trust me I have never seen such hopeless customer care ever in the world. They have crossed the limits of all ignorance

My problem
Since last 3 weeks my jio 7864848486has a weird problem with 4g connection. In my iPhone x I can use half apps with 4g and half I can’t
Example I can use whatsapp and Google maps on 4g but any other apps such as paytm or Bookmyshow etc etc I can’t use

In safari browser I can open Google.comand Facebook.comsites however any other site I just can’t open

And THIS PROBLEM IS HAPPENING ALL OVER INDIA
I have explained this to ur hopeless customer care by raising multiple complaints and everytime they closed my complaint stating we r in process of enhancing network in your area

CAN YOU PLEASE EXPLAIN WHICH AREA
I have clearly mentioned this is all over India
Delhi maharashtra chennai bangalore etc etc. But your customer care don’t care. Because you guys have given them copy paste messages and they are misusing it

Now my problem is unsolved. And also when I put any other sim card in my iPhone everything works

I have even replaced my sim card and done every possible thing like resetting network settings and also erasing my whole mobile to factory default settings

Still for some reason I having problem with jio sim and my mobile

You are my last hope. If you can’t help let me know i will be more than happy to port out as I have given up on j
