Hi Team,
I had purchased a saree on Amazon. I had to return due to a quality issue. Amazon executives picked up the item upon verification. I was waiting for a refund but received an email stating a different item has been received. Even after multiple follow ups, a refund is not done.
My question is if your Amazon executive verifies the item MRP tag and image of the product before picking the product. At this step, it’s out of the customer’s hand. Once the return is accepted, if it goes wrong while packing to the warehouse due to some negligence, how can they hold my refund saying the incorrect product was received. Does it mean we can return any junk product instead of any product? Is this how the return process works?. This is how lame dumb Amazon executive people you hire?. If I had returned an incorrect product myself via any courier service, you hold my return. But I have returned with your Amazon executive. I need refund for my return
