On 30th July 4 orders I placed, 1 order on the 4th Aug it’s delivered and due to a delay issue already I have cancelled one of them, and Sunday the delivery person came around 9-10 he called me I was in church I told him to wait 10-15 mins there is a possibility he can deliver to a neighbor also and he said 4 pm while coming time he will deliver the products and up to now, I have not got any call relating orders. and the delivery person behaved very rudely(muni Krishnan) problem his with them but still, they were telling me to collect the products from the warehouse and I called customer service 10th Aug and 11th Aug as well there is no proper response they will tell only “no” no ways for “yes” they will tell only you can cancel the order. I waited 11 days for the products and now again they were telling me to reorder I want my product. worst ever experience I had with meesho and they promised me that they will deliver before 8 Aug and up to know nothing I have not to get.
