Product was returned successfully in August n refund fr Rs1384/- was initiated on 16/9/21 in my prepaid mode, i didnt received any refund in my account so contacted bank they said its fake refund reference number given by ajio
Again on contacting ajio they initiated refund on 16/11/21, but till date again nothing received in my account, already shared my recent bank statement but ajio is doing big fraud in refunds
Strict actions should be taken against them
Multiple complaints i hv raised in past 3 months which has been closed without giving resolution
Never recommended ajio to anyone after this
highly unsatisfied experience
I want my refund in ajio wallet ASAP
