I bought this 4 door wardrobe from Zefo website, that got delivered on 6th Feb (Order ID334101) and same day I raised request for return and refund because the item had many more defects other than what was informed on the website before purchase. Till date there is no action on my Return Req# 6125927541 except 2-3 times replying on my mail saying they’ll call to schedule the pick up. Noone called to schedule pickup. Now for past few days they are not even responding over the mails. Their customer care number 08068136500 is useless as it tells you to contact through email only. I want to get my refund ASAP. Please help.
