My 3G and 4G services are not working since 3rd novemeber
Since then I have been given 5 complaint numbers and for none of them I have been provided a resolution
Everytime I call vodafone customer care a new complaint number is given to me and I am told it will be solved in 4 hours 4 days and if not a mail will be sent
Even after 4 or 4 days the complaint is not resolved and am given a new complaint number
What nonsense is this going from the part of vodafone
