I am Airtel customer since 2007 still i am not getting any response on my complaint launch on 28 sept 2020 on airtel thanks app. Now days due to epidemic mobile data requires for gpay etc.. its very very difficult to manage the same. Also customer care executive also not available on 121 nad 198.
