Sir, I am Devendra Yadav , I saw a face book add. There Mr. Sumit Kumar from CISF was selling his laptop and other things, his contact no 8209911928. And his partner babu Kumar his no. 8260101557 , in add the price of laptop was 8000, but then they charged me 30260rs and adidnt delivered and thing to me, pls help me. As this amount is huge for me.

Today i saw an Ad on OLX from this fraud person as Sumit kumar, CISF officer. I contacted him for purchasing few items of total 41000 rs. He told me to pay 10% advance amount and after delivery full payment needs to be done. He is using this Mobile number: 7679893612
I want to know why no action has been taken yet after so many complaints against him? He is moving freely and doing fraud with so many people. Request you to take some strict action and catch this bastard.
