Dear Sir/Mam,

It is with sheer disappointment that I am still waiting for reply – I was told issue resolution is faster when it is highlighted to Nodal office.
Why am I charged 300 Rs without my consent – no one is replying back.
Now I heard that my complain is closed without any information or issue resolution?? Executive told me sometime back when I followed up.
Pls update what happened to my complaint no 1DHTC8P1 – this is my 5th day in waiting. How many more months or years I will have to wait to resolve this.
