18-Jun-2022 i ordered from Amazon and on 23 Jun i received my product. Product was duplicate so i places refund request and on 24 jun i received mail from Amazon that they processed refund but after 30 days i not received refund. I also contacted bank and bank asked for RNN number Amazon also failed to provide me RNN number. I contacted Amazon many times but nothing happened they always say wait for 3-4 days but nothing happens.
