Dear Sir, I ,Pradip Ranjan Ta is a post paid customer of airtel (Mobile no: 9433886247).I had applied for a international roaming for my Europe trip in month of may this year.I had activated my International roaming pack (30 days validity) on 21 may 2019 in paris.On 19th june 2019 from Zagreb I had requested for deactivation of my international roaming pack since it was the last day of the validity and I was returning back to india, around 15:05 pm through mail(copy attached).At 15:53 pm I received mail for deactivation of the international pack(copy attached). At 15:58pm there was a mail for reactivation of the pack(copy attached. The mail went unnoticed since i was boarding the flight and i switched off my mobile phone.Now i received the next bill amount added with reactivation of international pack for 30 days again from 19th of june,inspite of my request of deactivation. I am attaching all relevant copy of mails with dates mentiond above and the bills of my international roaming usage from 21th may to 19th june(total 30 days).I had already made a complain to airtel customercare executive regarding the same (ref no: 31-1898336139282).Today there was a call from them stating that i have to pay the amount for which i have not used the services.Please help and do the needful on urgent basis.
