I bought 3 in 1 sunglasses from a Advertisement which was so frequent on instagram with 900 Rs, after a week when it got delivered, the product was entirely wrong in place of what I ordered I got some cheap plastic kids sunglass. After reaching out to them using their website they replied and said sorry sir not return policy only replacement, even thought their site clearly says 10 days return, first scam is this fake 10 days return advertisement, secondly they said your replacement is on the way and withing 10 to 14 days you will get the replacement, but even after 16 days I didn’t even get a tracking number or any message so I reached out to them again and now once again they are saying the same thing wait for another 10 to 14 days you will recieve your product, only then upon checking the mails I realised they are even replying the same text. Again and again with their broken English. And also their site https://modularglasses.in is also not working now. So please help I have attached some photos for your reference
