I have ordered mattar paneer and 3 rotis combo today at 2.49 pm and I paid thru phonepe..order was getting delayed and i checked in swiggy support , it was showing within 10-15 mins you will get an order like that. After that I contacted swiggy customer care and complained about the restaurant around 5.30.. now at 6pm, I got a call from swiggy stating that restaurant has denied your order and we are initiating refund like that it is totally nonsense..i was waiting for my order nearly 3 hrs and finally they said no food .this is completely non acceptable and I want to raise a complaint against the homely restaurant and swiggy and I want my money back.
