Dear Team,

 

This is Mahesh I’m existing customer of Airtel from last 5+yrs. I given MNP request for MNP on 16th October.I got a call on 17 October from retention team Ms.Induja she given commitment of Netflix free access for one month and she said will share access details the 2 hours but same was not happened. For this I called customer care spoken about the commitment of Netflix access with Team Leader Mr. Goutham he taken a service request No.31-3452374385377 on 17 October said that will sort out request in 48 hours but same was not resolved and they are not given any communication of delay about the request. After 4 days I called customer care team then the executive transferred the call to Mr.Goutham he asking the details again unknowingly about issue, he is not providing proper information about the request and giving irresponsible answer to me that they are not responsible for the commitment and they are not ready to give the solution for the request. I asked to transfer the call to his Manger and he transferred the call to the Manager Mr.Sai Naik I explained all the earlier discussion with him, he listened and taken one more request no.31-3453887287559 said that will resolve in 24 hours but no response after 24 hours also. Today I called the customer care team Mr.Pavitran Goud answered the call, I asked about my service request status he said that need 24 hours time to provide the solution again, then after I requested him to transfer the call to his Manager or TL but he was not connected the call to his manager or TL and said that they are in meeting.

 

This type service I never ever expected from Airtel team. Customer care people are not providing proper answer, communication to the customer I have all the recordings what way they are playing with customers. They are giving silly reasons to drag the solution. I don’t know how they are giving these type of fraud commitments to the customer to retain back them. Team Airtel please concentrate on customer services in TAT and priority.
