sir/mam mera naam shubham singh hai maine ek product buy kia tha 2 gud company se jo ki flipkart k sath kaam krta hai to maine vha se ek iphone order kia tha jo k aane k do month k baad khraab ho gya to survice center bheja fr vha se Survice center wale ne mna kr dia k ye nhi shi ho payega app ise replace kr do to maine replacement k lie daal dia replacement accept hone k baad jab mere pass courier boy aaya to usne pehle meko phone dia nhi maine fr request dali to 1 month ghumane k baad mere ko 31/12/19 ko delivery mili lekin usme mi ka dead phone nikla ab pichle kyi dino se mere ko ghuma rhe hai refund nhi de rhe hai. Mere pass product jo aaya hai uski video bhi hai sir please help
