295 rs was debited from my iob account and they said it was a annual maintenance fee for atm card and i did’nt use atm card for
Retrieving money for past one year and i am having atm card for only reason .for creating a account in any online transaction platform like phonepay,Google pay , they are asking for atm card to create account…so please consider this issue and rbi should take some action .and refund all the money to people who were affected by this.and i did’nt even recieve any message about detection of money from my account.
