Text of Complaint by Elizabeth Tjhreadgill:

£28.99 payment was made on 09.07.2022 by Barclaycard (Visa credit card) for 2 folding ramps for dogs. These were advertised by a company on Facebook. My Visa statement gives the company name as Shopincentre London. I have not received any goods, nor have I received any emails to confirm the order, its payment or its delivery details.

  1. You should raise a chargeback dispute immediately. Any customer who does an online transaction can claim a refund of the charged amount from the payment gateway up to a certain period of time. Chargeback is the term used for such a claim request. The payment gateway will block the payment to the fraudulent vendor and return the money to the customer if fraud is proved.
