This is with regards to a complaint raised by me on 09/12/2023, in the evening
My account has been fraudulently used and transactions of total Rs. 24617/- has been done without my permission.
I would like to state that these transactions are fraudulent and you need to cancel the transactions and recover the money from the company whom it has been paid.
You are requested to do the needful immediately already more than 20 hours have passed but no reply I have got from simpl.
Please note that you will not send any Bills for these transactions to me as I have not done this and I am not liable to pay it.
