My Order Id.309117215
I ordered 5 sets of glasses on 19 july 2023 & order received 24 july 2023 but in very very bad condition, most glass cracked just like sand.
I want to return this full order & get a refund.
This is First time that pepperfry packaging is too bad.

It’s been 25-26 days since I complained but the only answer I get is that we will solve your problem within 48 hours, but it’s not happening, 25 days have passed.
Everyday i call pepperfry customer ID, every time they said we will solve within 48 hrs but now 26 days passed no update yet. First your operatora said that your courier partner is not able to pick up the parcel , then you said another courier service will collect it, he cames 5th times, but didn’t collect the parcel, because Pepperfry not mentioned that product is Damaged. Every time He said first mentioned that product is Damaged.
Please Solve my problem as soon as possible
