after waiting for call no one is talking. They talk with others. I am totally disappointed with jio service.

I have paid 2500 for jiofiber connection and jio member told me they install on 14th but today is 17th and no one is came for install. Is it a jio scheme to fool the people and make huge amount of money through there paid money interest in bank from there new client. Is it legal to take money without giving any service to client. I want my 2500 refund with interest. I want to fill RTI for this and ask why company take my money without giving any service. I really disappointed with jio service and no one jio employee knew who can take my responsibility for install. I have ask several time with jio member who is installing jiofiber connection in my home and they tell every time that they don’t know.

At the end they tell me money refunded in 30 days I don’t know why is so long because they don’t have given any router.

Such a worst service given by jio.
