My airtel number 9818792840 got recharged automatically without my permission for Rupees 23 which is deducted from my main balance and updated the validity of my number for 28 days without my permission, i do not want to get recharged with that amount, i want my balance back. how can they deduct someones balance without his permission and recharge the validity pack for 28 days. i wanted to recharge my number with 35 rupees plan so that i can also get balance. i tried to contact customer care but its always say you are on waiting. i wrote the email to their customer care email id but i am only getting the automated process and not help. Please help the consumers from these companies who are just trying to take money only without providing services
