My original home loan account was DHFL. Last year this bank took over by Piramal Housing. I understand every bank has their different terms and condition. But without informing me, they increased the loan tenure by ~10 years and it is unjustified in every sense. Whatever I have paid since the loan transfer until now has gone in interest only, there is no effect on principal amount. This is an insensitive decision by Piramal Housing which has disturbed my life’s financial planning.
