I order two different orders on 30 Jul 2023 and 4 Aug 2023, both order got cancelled without my concent.
My issue is if same stock is available to reorder now why not send us order instead of we ordering it again!! It is very disappointing from a customer point of view.
I really have good experience with Amazon in these cases. They always deliver what they promise.
I am looking for a resolution on both the orders. These orders were ordered with the deal price and if you cannot fulfil the requests why do you guys offer it at first place.
