2 issues still not resolved by Kotak Bank

Text of Complaint by Jignesh Patel:

I deposited 2 cheques in Kotak Bank (Branch: Anand, Gujarat) on 29/10/2022 but their clearing has been put on hold.
When I try to call my assigned relationship manager, they never answer my call.
Even the RM is not replying to my WhatsApp messages. RM Name: Roshni Sindhe, Contact: 8286130340
Therefore, I had to call their support number and I talked to their so-called manager, Abhinav Kumar.
I asked him for the reason.
He told me the name on the cheque & the name in Kotak Bank are not the same.
Actually, some cheques with the same name were cleared earlier this month in this same Kotak Bank.
This time they are saying the name is not matching with them.
Another interesting thing is: the name on those cheques is the same as on my Aadhar Card.

This Kotak bank has already not provided any solution to my UPI payments query raised on 13th & 14th Oct. 2022.
That time I talked to Mr. Rakesh Sharma on 13/10/2022 & Mr. Atish Patwa on 14/10/2022.
I am still waiting on this for 20 days. Request no. is: 121521607001

This kind of reason for not clearing cheques doesn’t seem genuine.
Today, Abhinav Kumar took the request and told me that he sent some emails to their team which I think is a formality only the same as the 13th & 14th of October.
I am sure there would be no emails sent ahead.
The new Request no given to me is: 121373367901

It looks like they are harassing me intentionally and they have flagged me so that no one is providing perfect support from Kotak.

I have decided to close my account with them very soon.
