  2. Hello Alex,

I posted a similar complaint a few minutes back.

I’ve been using my 1xbet for about 5 months now and I have never faced any issues while withdrawing. Yesterday I won some bets and had around 17k INR in my account. I tried placing a withdraw request of 8k and it got rejected asking me to send security documents to security team. I first sent them my Aadhar Card, then they asked for Voter ID card.

I sent them that as well now they are asking me to click a picture of myself holding my document with my laptop showing the email chats. With some difficulty, I sent those as well but they are constantly rejecting it saying the images are not clear while anyone with a proper eyesight can view the details correctly. (Attached)

Now I started feeling suspicious and checked the internet upon which I came across some posts and realised that I’ve been scammed as well I think.

I’m under a lot of financial pressure, lots of loans and EMIs, and I was slowly recovering from it but now if I lose this money I don’t know what I’ll be doing.

Kindly check from your end and update your team on this.

    1. Dear A Das ,

Thank you for reaching out to us! My name is Alex, and I’m in charge of your case.

Verification procedures are a standard practice in all betting companies, including ours. Verification is the way to secure your account and an additional review in case of suspicious transactions. We are upmost interested in protecting your account and your interests. Verification is done only once. After that, all withdrawals are processed in a short period of time.

Our team endeavors to expedite the verification process and reach a decision as swiftly as possible. We will check the status of your situation and get back to you with information as soon as possible

Thank you for your understanding and cooperation. We aim to resolve this matter for you as efficiently as we can.

      Have a wonderful day!

      Best regards,
      Alex, the 1xBet Team

      1. Thank you for responding.

Since you’re in charge of my case, kindly verify the images that I have sent over email and make me understand what the issue is.

You are asking me to send a clearer picture whereas you should understand that holding a phone in one hand, with your document in another and your laptop in the background is quite a difficult task. Inspite of that, I have sent quite a clear image as far as I can see.

Kindly verify the images that I have sent otherwise I shall need to publicise and escalate this case even further.

I have gone through a lot of posts on social media and I have now understood that I am being scammed as well.

Believe me, I do not want your company to go through defamation more than they already have. This is not a threat, this is a standard practice that most individuals follow just like your standard practice of verification.

So please, verify the selfie images that I have sent and open my account for withdrawal.

    2. Dear A Das ,

We wanted to inform you that your account is currently undergoing a routine verification process.

Please rest assured that this is a standard procedure applied to all corporate accounts to ensure the security and safeguarding of your account information and interests. There is no cause for concern regarding the status of your account; it is not blocked, but rather in the process of verification.

As part of this verification, our Security Service requested for your selfie, holding your ID card near your face. Also next to you should be the computer (or mobile device) where the Security Department can see your inbox messages from their department. This information is crucial in helping us validate and confirm the details associated with your account, thereby enhancing the security measures in place.

Your cooperation and prompt response in providing the requested information would be greatly appreciated as it enables us to expedite the verification process and ensure the smooth operation of your account.

Thank you once again for reaching out to us. We eagerly await your response and look forward to assisting you further.

      Best regards,

      Alex, the 1xBet Team.

      1. Hello Alex,

If you have personally gone through the photos, I don’t understand what you’re finding as “not clear” in the images. If you zoom in, you can see the mail with the reference number on my laptop. (Case reference number #53225057)
Also if you zoom into my voter ID card, you can see the number as well with my face.

Unless you are deliberately rejecting it, there can be no other reason for rejection. In which case, I will have to escalate this issue further so that the unfair practices of your company further come out into light.

        Thanks,
        Anubhab Das
