Text of Complaint by Mahmoud Ahmed:

1xbet suddenly restricted my account and when I contacted them they ask me for statement card and I explained to them all difficulties with me because it is my friend card but they never showed any flexibility and finally I got the statement card and sent to them but they refused it and asked for original one despite it is original with signatures and stamps of the bank
My account number is 131529143
