am posting this complaint to warn other consumers and to seek an immediate resolution.
My withdrawal (Withdrawal Request Number: 5048796947) of ₹25,100, requested on 12 July 2026, has been marked as “Processed” for over 9 banking days, yet the money has still not reached my bank account.
Despite contacting customer support repeatedly through email and live chat, I have received nothing but copy-and-paste responses asking me to “wait.” First I was told to wait until 7 banking days were completed. After complying with that request, I was simply asked to wait again, with no explanation, no ETA, and no evidence that the payment was ever sent.
I have already submitted my bank statement proving that the funds have not been received. Even after this, the so-called payment investigation has remained “in progress” for days without any meaningful update.
What is most concerning is that the company has still failed to provide:
Any UTR/RRN or transaction reference number.
Any proof that the payment was actually initiated.
Details of the account to which the funds were allegedly transferred.
Any realistic timeline for resolving the issue.
Customers should not have to chase support for days while receiving the same generic replies. If a withdrawal is genuinely processed, providing a payment reference should be straightforward.
If this issue is not resolved immediately with verifiable proof of payment or my funds are not credited, I will continue to document this experience on consumer complaint platforms and pursue the matter through the appropriate consumer protection and financial dispute channels.
