My 5 lakhs rupees are stuck in the 1xbet application and when I place the withdrawal request they ask for verification of documents. In the verification of documents I have already provided them the exact photo which they need where I am holding my document in one hand and in the other is the mailing document which are both crystal clear and every word can be seen as well but still my photo is being rejected without giving any proper justification.
I have also attached the exact photo which I have send them.
