The subject of my complaint against the betting site (1xbet.com) Gaming Id: 541381999 this account is owned by my sister. He passed away on 08/07/2024. I gave the death certificate to the operators. Then they asked for Succession Certificate. I have issued Succession Certificate multiple times from the local authority. They gave me a reply on 28 January 2025 (the ‘Succession Certificate’ must be issued by the District Court ) For this inheritance certificate, we had to pay court fees, a 2.5% charge on the assets of this organization, and 2.5% plus 15% VAT as per court rules. Then after a long time the court has provided me with the document. According to the law of our country, the property of an unmarried person who dies is inherited by his parents. I am the applicant and according to the succession certificate, my sister’s heirs are our parents. Filing a succession case from the District Court and obtaining a succession certificate is time-consuming and expensive for us.
Last 15 April 2025 I provided the requested document to the operators.
I haven’t received any kind of response from the operators so far, so I’m messaging here for help.
I don’t know why they are silent and not responding. I think no response even after providing the appropriate documents, Not returning the customer’s remaining funds means cheating with the customers.
