Details of Complaint –
On 21st October 2023 at 19:14:37 IST I have done 1 transaction of INR 10,000 to Siksha Enterprises. Transaction successful but 1xbet team has not yet deposited my money in account.
In bank statement Transaction is clearly showing with reference number 329419610994 still 1xbet customer support team is saying the snapshot of transaction required. I did not taken snapshot during transaction. So I requested IndusInd Bank to provide it today. After escalating IndusInd Bank provided me transaction on email. I have provided this email and bank statement copy on email and chat still they have not added my money yet. It’s been almost 10 days now but money not yet credited in account.
