Dear sir,
I have transferred an amount of Rs 48000 to fitindia07@indus (Rizwan alam) dated 02.05.2024 at 7:29 PM. The deposit request was made to some other merchant as the page was reloaded.
Its been almost 2 days, i have not received money in my 1xbet account. Instead of several mails and chats with customer executives no step has been taken till yet. I have provided all the details and screenshots.
This is really frustrating and pathetic. Kindly look into the matter and resolve the issue at earliest.
