I made a deposit of 10000 through IMPS it got debited from my bank account, it’s been three days but still it’s not credited to gaming app or not refunded to my bank account & i tried to contact them through mails and calls but they were told me to send the bank statement even though i already sent them several times & also they blaming us for not providing proper bank statement..
