I have an 1 win account id 329807196. I have withdrawn 4100 rs to my account on 13th Aug but did not received till now. I have created appeal SPP-1320359. They said amount is credited to your account with UTR 622587223836. They are asking for bank technical response but bank denied to provide response for which they do not have any information. Kindly check and resolve this issue as soon as possible
