I made a withdrawal of ₹28,000 on 20/03/2025 from 1Win. The status shows “successful” in the app, but the amount has still not reached my bank account.

I contacted support and provided all necessary proof (screenshots and bank statement), but there has been no proper response or resolution even after waiting.
This is highly disappointing and unprofessional. I trusted this platform for a long time, but this experience is damaging that trust.
I request the 1Win team to resolve this immediately. I will update this review if the issue is solved.
