I made a payment of Rs 33950 through cred for my card payment on 12th may 2022 after which i received a msg from cred on watsapp stating 33950 coins credited but when i check 15500 coins were less which as per cred ppl they say i have burned but i have not burned them if i would have burned why will i complain coz i have previously used some coins for which i am not demandinh refund of the same but this coins 15500 i have not burnt so i want refund for this for which since 12/05/2022 till today 26/05/2022 i am continuously mailing them but they jus say they have transferred this to relevant team and may take 24..48 hrs till date since 12th may that is 14 days now to this complain i still have not got resolution … I got twice call from so called quality tean of cred who talk and misbehave with me and raise their voice and then dis connect the call and then they vanish with no resolution … I jus want all this employees to be punished and i want apology from them and also i want my 15500 coins back any how coz i have not burned them
