I ordered 15 copies of no filter from Amazon along with more copies in separate orders. For this particular order only 1 book was delivered and 14 were missing. When I called Amazon they said why I am filing a complaint late so I told them that this was delivered to my office address and collected by security and when we started shipping these out to people as Christmas present realized there was a shortage and so I first checked in my office and also parallely filed a complaint on amazon. Later I got a call from the delivery agent to confirm that he has received only one book from warehouse but had no idea that 15 were supposed to be delivered. Amazon team has closed my investigation without informing me and said these have been delivered they say they won’t be able to help
