Dial *121*51# and recharged with rupees 145 package, but it activated 199 package for 28 days. I called customer care and reported the same issue. I don’t have 199 option in the menu itself and how can I recharge with 199?
The customer care guys are not bothered about the issue in their system and not even responding to customer issues. Really bad
