Text of Complaint by Kartik Patel:

I am writing this mail with hard feelings that I have bought gtpl broadband connection and raised complaint regarding reinstalltion of my connection and raise complaint of reinstalltion on 15th october on customer care number and inform about re installation till today it was not reinstalled between several times I have called to customer care and nodel office about pending reinstalltion and request them that due to this my kids are not attending proper school and effecting their study but you guys never take any action but today after around one month guy came today and said your installation is done today when I asked him to start internet he said you have to pay inr 560 I said I am ready to pay as till now you guys have not done it on time so I can’t trust on you and after paying in advance I am not getting service even my month wasted by you I have to pay charge of reinstalltion which is as per company guideline but who is responsible this delay give me justification atleast and request him start net first than I will pay and who will be responsible for this month give me justication as I am not begger who will always request for your customer care or nodal office for service which is your job not mone as I have already paid than he said talk with brijesh bhai I said let call and give me than he started shouting and started rough language I don’t know who was that both guys than they ran away with out starting net so I think now I have to take strong steps to resolve my issue as i have requested to nodal for same. Need strong reply and further action on this issue as you have cheated with me after buying your service and if you can’t resolve it in 48 hours let me know by telephone on 9998466667.

In further when today I called to customer care and I come to know that my request no 119602 which was registered on 16/10/2021 was closed as shifting or reinstallation was done on 9/11/2021 05:09 pm. And also they informed me that area where I shifted come under operator area and same they have informed me which was not done till date and imagine how gtpl company works and really o want to know more about operator area ? And in addition to that want to know why mr brijesh chauhan technical manager sent guys to my home to scare me with unacceptable behaviour today where my complaint was already show close in your system.

From last one month my kids are not studying as their schools are still virtual and it’s effecting to their future.

Over all now exhausted with your dumb replies from customer care center and nodal office so over conclusion is that close my account and refund my remained money and leave me peacefully.
