I want to register a complaint against 10Cric, which is operating in India. I have been a generous customer of 10Cric for more than a year. Actually, I deposited 19,000 INR and got 19,000 INR as a sports bonus because I am a member of the PVIP Trail Program for 1 month. That is, the total balance is 38,000 INR with the bonus and real cash balance. I placed a bet on football and I won from Sport Bonus. I wagered the total amount of 1,90,000 INR and converted it to a real cash balance by betting on sports. What happened to me was that I had won 2,33200 INR and I placed a withdrawal request of 100,000 INR, 100,000 INR, and 3,3200 INR respectively on April 20, 2022, but it was pending till April 25, 2022. So I raised my concern to customer care support several times and they assured me your funds are safe with us and they will be transferred soon. When I inquired about the pending withdrawal request with my personal account manager today, he informed me that the amount I kindly advised would be deducted from your account. They were investigating my gaming activities, and they found that my gaming activities were against their terms and conditions. They are saying I manipulated the game and I had made the opposite bet. Yes, I had to make opposite bets when the odds changed while wagering my sports bonus. I had read their terms and conditions. But in the terms and conditions, there is nothing like opposite bets in the same match. It was my luck that the odds had changed, and I placed a bet for a safe game. Every time I did that all this time, they never warned me or deducted from my account. Why didn’t they inform me when I was placing my bet to wager or turn over the bonus amount? I won 1,20,000 INR in a casino by wagering the amount from the Sports Bonus. They had deducted 213,000 INR out of 232,000 INR and left me with 19,000 INR in my 10 cric account. Now I know they can’t digest that I won the amount through wagering the sports bonus. This is a scam/fraud site that took my winnings from me. It is my humble request that you please take the necessarily action against 10cric.
