I HAVE RECHARGED WITH RS. 5256 PLAN 24 MONTHS On 11 july 2020

HINDI ANNUAL 2 YEAR PACK BUT AFTER THE RECHARGE HAS DONE IT IS SHOWING ERROR TECHNICIAN VISITED OUR HOUSE On 12 july 2020 after continous complaints he told us that this is a PACK issue AFTER SEVERAL COMPLAINTS AND REFRESHING MY ACCOUNT SAME ERROR IS SHOWING PLEASE REFUND MY AMOUNT AS I SEE IN MY DISH TV APP IT IS SHOWING ZERO CHANNELS

SO KINDLY REQUEST YOU TO REFUND MY AMOUNT I DONT WANT DISH TV ANYMORE NOW WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE
