Hi Good Morning This is sagar Varma frm Hyderabad with mobile number 7989598105 transfferd 10000 rs to mahesh goud on 28 december Your a/c no. XXXXXXXXXXX2995 is debited for Rs. 10000.00 on 28-12-2019 18:52 and credited to a/c no. XXXXXXXX4689 (UPI Ref no 936218735636). But Mahesh Goud is Recived msg as money recived in paytm payments bank but it needs kyc update and while we are going for kyc update they saying talk to paytm customer care and we tried number of time with paytm customer care they are always excusing that u need to contact kyc point and some times they are connecting our call to paytm profile department and sometime upi department and some time they are asking to connect with paytm bank payments

All i am not able to understand at all mahesh goud number is 9052254689 and he recived this msg while in his phn

Rs.10000.00 received from SAGAR VARMA (7989598105@paytm) in your Paytm Payments Bank a/c 91XX4689. UPI Ref: 936218735636

But we are fedddup with these type of services from paytm they are not giving proper answer
