Respected Sir/Madam,
Myself Byrisetty Venkata Surya Bhaskar, I have booked one revolt RV 400 electric bike through company website revoltmotors.com with online payment paid 9999/- in the month of 8th July 2022 for Vijayawada Revolt Showroom. After booking the bike, the revolt Vijayawada branch manager K.Kamal (mobile 9347666483) said ‘we deliver your bike in the month of August – 2022. But they were not delivered and they were not communicated with me for any update. so many times i contacted through phone and my relative also contacted so many times, but there is no use. After that I know the truth, that is ‘the Vijayawada Revolt Showroom Team’ done fraud and all the vehicles were already delivered to some other persons through black market. Still we are waiting for last 10 months.
Then i have strongly decided to Cancel my Revolt RV 400 order. So i requested the Revolt branch manager for cancellation on 16.03.2023. but there is no result. after waiting of so many days i sent cancellation request to company official mail id “Contact@Revoltmotors.com” but still they are not solved my problem. This is a very bad experience for me.
My Kind Request:-
Please cancel my rv400 bike order and refund my booking amount 9999/- with Compensation for their fault.
