I have done a payment for electricity bill on Amazon website through upi and the payment was failed but from my bank account the was deducted. There refund policy was 3 to 5 business days for refund but nearly 10 days are gone and i didn’t receive my money back. 2 time i have talk to customer service of Amazon but they said your refund will come in 3 to 5 day. Every time when call support time they said the same thing.
