My line has been deactivated since 10 pm on06.12.2018 inspite of making a payment 0f Rs 420/-(outstanding amt.) on 03.12.2018.
Thereafter called customer care ,to find out that payment has not been updated with their records, gave payment receipt no. over phone and assurance was given on friday 07.12.2018 at around 10 am of line restoration within 2 hrs. After 2 hrs called upagain to customer care to find that activation had failed, no mention was made of payment non receipt even at that point of time.Much later perhaps on 08.12.2018, morning, on calling customer care again came to know payment updation had to be validated by visiting voda store. Same day evening visited voda store @ Dunlop , Kolkata at about 6pm .
2. Voda store rep noted the receipt no. ,gave no reasonable reason for payment nonvalidation and assured activation within 2 hrs after a waiting period of almost 1 hr 30 mns. For your kind information it is yet to be restored as I submit this complaint @ 12 pm, on 10.12.2018
It is beyond my imagination of the kind of customer redressal the customer care of the company addresses
Who shall compensate my financial & other losses that I have incurred because of this erratic services?
I would like to take it up strongly at the appropriate forum.
