ഞാൻ 2025 june 23 ന് ഞാൻ 1550 രൂപയ്ക്ക് combo പാക്കിൽ 2 വസ്ത്രങ്ങൾ ഓർഡർ ചെയ്തു, 15-35 പ്രവൃത്തി ദിവസങ്ങൾക്കുള്ളിൽ എത്തിക്കാമെന്ന് അവർ സമ്മതിച്ചു. എന്നാൽ ഒരുപാട് നാളായിട്ടും എനിക്ക് ഡ്രസ്സ് അയച്ചു തന്നില്ല….ഞാനും അവരെ നിരന്തരം ഫോളോ ചെയ്യുന്നുണ്ട്.കുറേ നാളുകൾക്ക് ശേഷം ഒരു top മാത്രം അവർ അയച്ചു നൽകി…. എന്റെ 2 nd ടോപിന് വേണ്ടി അവരെ നിരന്തരം കോൺടാക്ട് ചെയ്തെങ്കിലും പ്രതികരണമില്ല. ബ്ലോക്ക് ചെയ്യുന്നു…കോൺടാക്റ്റ് നമ്പർ ഇല്ല. ഇൻസ്റ്റാഗ്രാം വഴി മാത്രമേ ഞങ്ങൾക്ക് ബന്ധപ്പെടാൻ കഴിയൂ. 4 മാസമാവാനായി,എന്റെ top ഇതുവരെയും ഡെലിവറി ചെയ്തിട്ടില്ല….. നിരുത്തരവാദിത്തപരമായതും മോശം പെരുമാറ്റവും ആണ് അവരുടെ ഭാഗത്തു നിന്നും ഉണ്ടാകുന്നത്….

Respect sir/ madam,
On July 28,2025 I place an wedding dress order worth ₹7000 with the boutique named D_Couple Online Couture. I informed them about the function and it’s on October 19,2025.And they agreed to deliver my order on the last week of September 2025.Till today I didn’t received my order.I contacted them many times, multiple calls and messages through Instagram. And secondly, I place another order worth ₹1550 for a combo dress on August.I paid them the total amount for my both order. I mailed them about the lack of response and Overdue but they didn’t even respond to it. They didn’t give any updates regarding my order.
