Text of Complaint by Pankaj Singh:

I am Paytm wallet user for last 3 years. On 20.12.17, I added Rs 5000.00 in e-wallet. On 24th Dec17, I observed my paytm balance is deficit by Rs 2000/-. I retrieved my passbook to know about this transaction and observed my account was debited by Rs 2000/- and paid to a third party ( Getwoo-order 1513793593994-5348054 ) without my knowledge. It was very shocking for me that Paytm delibrately debited my account and paid to counter party without prior notice and even after deduction of Rs 2000/- paytm has not sent a account debit alert message to me.

I raised this issue to Paytm customer care over phone and they responded on same day over email that, I have subscribed this facility for that they have debited my account. But actually I have not subscribed any service like this. Therfater, I asked them how can they debit my account without prior intimation to me and why they have not sent debit alert for this transaction. For which they have not replied till date. I claimed refund of Rs2000/- but they are neither replying on this transaction nor reply on intimation of debit.

Kindly tell me how can complaint against Paytm for this type of unfair trade practice.
