Dear voltas team

 

I have purchase ac  last year in the month of june Now  from yesterday my AC stop cooling and  yesterday itself the  complaint was registered. Today (21 june 2017) your technician visited and asked 1500 rs for gas refilling, SVC+ visit charges 500rs , TPT 350rs, cotting 500rs, capacitor 950rs.. all together they made a bill of 3800 rs. After  telling them we will complain to consumer court.. they again checked and said compressor is  ok some other problem is there in ac which we are unable to understand. . i understand compressor has warranty for 5 year and any fault to be born by Voltas. The technician you send dont know wats the problem and want us to belive them all part of ac are not working..

Are we mad or using ac for the first time..  we can also judge wats the fault and wheather your technician r genuine. ..  u need to take serious action on this.. how we can trust on u.. complaint no. 17062100066
