Text of Complaint by AARTI GUPTA:

I have purchased a mobile Vivo y55s with order No. 3900860858 on dated 1st October from Paytm Mall which  was delivered on 5th October. The U tube is not working and mobile is frequently hanging. Therefore I requested for replacement on dated 8th October with order No. 3937005780. But till time I didn’t receive any call or msg for picked up and replace the mobile.

Please take necessary action at the earliest.
